Draft · rules for results
How the guide chooses results
The guide does not rank. It finds who can help with what you asked, and shows them on equal terms. Nothing on this page can be bought.
Draft before launch. These rules can become stricter, never weaker (see our pledge). Every change is published with a date.
1. Who can be shown
Since 2026-10-02 these checks run when a business registers and again every week, and a person reviews every new entry before it is shown. A business or organisation is shown only when all of these are true:
- It can help. The need matches the services and categories in its own AI business card.
- It serves the place. The area in its card covers where the help is needed. Today the guide shows the area to the agent, which checks it with the user and asks for the place instead of guessing; automatic filtering by place comes later.
- It is registered. The card is published on its own domain, and the organisation number matches the public register, without bankruptcy or winding-up.
- No known hidden instructions. The automatic scan has found no serious pattern match for hidden instructions to AI (prompt injection) in its card or pages. A scan can miss things.
2. In which order
- Random order, new for every question. Everyone who qualifies has the same chance to be shown first. No one is always on top. This already applies in the test version.
- Public services apart. Free public services are shown separately and never mixed with or ranked against businesses.
- Political parties apart. Parties are listed alphabetically and never ranked.
The agent is told that the order means nothing, so it can choose with the user on what matters to them.
3. What never counts
| Never used | Why |
|---|---|
| Payment of any kind | Ranking, placement, verification and access can never be bought |
| Buying our paid services | Paid work never gives better visibility |
| Membership or ownership in the platform | Owners get a vote on rules, never a better place |
| The AI check score | The check helps you improve; it never decides where you are shown |
| Size, turnover or number of locations | Small and large are equal |
| Who joined first | Early users get better terms, never better placement |
| Which supplier a business uses | No lock-in to any vendor |
4. Removal
A listing is removed when the card is gone from the domain, the register shows bankruptcy or winding-up, or a serious injection finding is not fixed. Every removal is public, with the date and the reason, and the business can come back when the reason is gone.
5. How you can check
The rules are code in the open repository, and the index is open data under ODbL. Anyone can read them, run them and tell us when we are wrong.
